FunnelStack is a marketing agency that wanted to move all their clients onto a white-label GHL platform — but managing 40+ client sub-accounts manually was unsustainable. They needed a scalable snapshot system, standardised automation templates deployable in one click, and a branded client portal their clients would actually use.

Our Solution

Built a master GHL snapshot containing 18 pre-built automation workflows, 6 funnel templates, and a full CRM pipeline structure. White-label configuration with FunnelStack branding throughout. Automated onboarding workflow that provisions new sub-accounts, sends welcome sequences, and sets up the pipeline — all triggered by a single Zapier step. Custom training documentation for the team.
