The Challenge
ScaleUp's sales team was manually following up with every lead via email, burning 20+ hours per week on tasks that should be automated. Leads were falling through the cracks after the first touchpoint, and their close rate was a dismal 8%. They had a GHL account but were using it as a basic CRM with none of the automation capability.
Our Solution
Full GoHighLevel ecosystem overhaul: 12 custom automation workflows, a 7-step nurture sequence spanning email, SMS, and voicemail drops, a 3-funnel build for different lead sources, and a full pipeline redesign with stage-based automation triggers. We built a custom appointment booking flow and integrated it with their Google Calendar and Zoom.
The Outcome
