The Challenge
AppVault needed a cross-platform mobile app for their B2B vault-sharing product — one codebase, shipping to both iOS and Android, with real-time file sync, role-based access control, and a subscription billing layer. Previous dev agency quoted 9 months and $120k. They came to us for a faster, leaner build.
Our Solution
React Native with Expo managed workflow gave us the cross-platform foundation. Supabase handled auth (magic link + OAuth), real-time subscriptions for live vault sync, and Row Level Security for RBAC. Revenue Cat managed in-app subscriptions across both stores. We shipped a fully tested MVP in 10 weeks at under $40k.
The Outcome
App approved on both App Store and Google Play on first submission. 1,200 downloads in the first 30 days. 18% paid conversion rate from free trial to Pro plan. Zero critical crashes in the first 60 days. AppVault closed a seed round 3 weeks after launch using the live product as proof of concept.
