The Challenge
PulseHealth needed a HIPAA-aware patient management dashboard for independent physiotherapy clinics. Existing solutions cost $400+/month and had terrible UX. They wanted a white-label SaaS they could sell to 50+ clinic partners, with per-clinic billing, appointment management, and real-time notifications.
Our Solution
Multi-tenant Next.js 14 application with Supabase for the database, auth, and real-time subscriptions. Stripe Connect for split billing between PulseHealth and clinic partners. Role-based access for admins, clinicians, and patients. Real-time notification system using Supabase Realtime and web push. Full audit log for HIPAA compliance.
The Outcome
Launched to 12 beta clinics with zero critical bugs. 94% user satisfaction score in first survey. Processing $28k MRR within 60 days of launch. PulseHealth reduced their operational overhead by 60% versus their previous manual process. On track to hit 50 clinics in Q2.
